What You'll Do
As an AI Engineer with 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

DAs an AI Engineer, youll play a key role in developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced AI solutions in partnership with our Central IT department. You will:
- Architect and enhance AI platforms (LLM, RAG, agent workflows) with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Integrate multiple data sources including SharePoint, SAP, and internal ticketing systems.
- Build robust pipelines for knowledge retrieval and AI model feedback loops.
- Oversee deployment and operations through Kubernetes and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance through monitoring, logging, and auditability.

Requirements
What makes you stand out
- 5+ years of experience in IT, including several years in AI/LLM/RAG projects.
- Strong programming background in Python, and knowledge of Typescript/React; familiarity with backend/microservices.
- Proven experience with Azure (AKS, Storage, OpenAI), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth2, and system integrations (SharePoint, SAP, DBs).
- English fluency (B2+/C1).
Bonus Points For
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or CTI/telephony systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and team leadership.
