Join our expert development team to work on a Pharmaceutical Sector project, developing an Enterprise Data Management solution on AWS Cloud. This solution will manage data pipelines, processing, and analysis, while organizing enterprise data in distributed data lakes. It will enhance data discovery, sharing across business units, and accelerate analytics and machine learning application development.

How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, youll have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. Youll have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, youll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What will you bring?

• 2+ years of experience with Python to contribute effectively to our platform.
• Experience with AWS Cloud for seamless data management and integration.
• Testing experience.
• Proactiveness and a willingness to learn new technologies like DevOps and Data.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with international teams.

We work on a wide variety of projects, technologies, and sectors, allowing you to keep growing in different environments. If a project ends or you feel ready for a new challenge, well find another one that aligns with your professional development.

Our working model: Flexibility without losing connection

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctors appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and teambut we love seeing each others faces; the best stories always happen in the office!

Plus, you can work remotely from another European or LATAM country for up to 5 weeks a year, always staying connected with your team.
