WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and maintain business applications using the Java programming language.Collaborate with other developers, designers, and technology specialists to identify and solve problems and optimize software quality.
Work with databases to design and develop schemas, write queries, and optimize application performance.
Write clean and efficient code that is easy to maintain and extend.
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the software is stable and meets client requirements.
Participate in the software design process and make informed technical decisions to ensure software scalability and efficiency.
Document code and functionalities to ensure that other team members can understand and work with the code effectively.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the field of software development and apply them in daily work.
Identify and propose improvements in development processes and methodologies to increase software efficiency and quality.
Be an active and collaborative member of the software development team, contributing ideas, providing feedback, and participating in the decision-making process.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
