About The Role
This isnt a senior role, but we expect experience and strong opinions. Youll have a voice, autonomy, and room to grow.

Algorithmic & statistical skills
ETL workloads
You will be part of the Integrations team, developing re-usable solutions that fit key client and partner needs.
Your daily focus? Coding and collaborating with several teamsnot just merging code but owning it beyond deployment. We dont follow strict Agile/Waterfall; we do what matters most, when it matters most.
Our Tech Stack
- Python or JS/Typescript on our back-end, using async frameworks and tooling for most parts.
- Running on GKE
- Powered by MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
- Also, Github, Github actions, Redis, RabbitMQ and other usual suspects.
Things we'd love to see on you
- You are a nice person: We dont tolerate bigotry or toxic behaviorjust good vibes
- Autonomous coder: You dont need your work double-checkedyoure on top of it.
- You know your way around collaborating with others using standard tooling (git, github PR's, etc).
- You are a good communicator who knows how to express problems, solutions and trade-offs.
- On the other hand, you know how to read and understand job offers. You can triage what's important and what's not.
- Focused: You know how to read between the lines and prioritize what matters most.
- You take ownership of problems.
- Wealth knowledge: A little expertise in investments, currencies, crypto, or wealth management is a plus.
- You live in Barcelona City and/or close enough to come to the office a few times a month. Living in Spain is a mandatory and non-negotiable requirement.
- Youre fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience matters: This is not an entry-level role.
- Tech savvy: Familiar with our tech stackor similar ones.
You dont have to check every box, but the more you fit this, the more likely well be excited to hear from you!
What We Offer
We offer what we think is fair compensation (from 32K to 40K per year for this role). We're not on the very top of the market, but our intention is to increase compensation as you grow with the company. You will not be left behind. We believe this is a really nice time to join the project as we'll experience some serious growth and changes during this year.

The hiring process

- Technical Test Well send you a take-home test to complete to assess your skills.
